Individual Nordic Walking Lessons
One-2-One training provides a flexible way to start your Nordic Walking. The sessions can be tailored to suit your time and location requirements. Also suitable for those with health & mobility issues which often require specific instruction.
Nordic Sport
For experienced and fit Nordic Walkers who wish to focus on endurance walking events.
Nordic Active
This weekly class is suitable for those people who have learnt Nordic Walking and are able to walk approximately 10-12kms.
Nordic Gold
A gentler class designed to improve mobility. Distance walked between 5 to 8 kms.
Exercise as Medicine
This is a personalised exercise programme, focusing on the prevention, management and rehabilitation of long-term health and medical conditions. Manage the effects of medications when exercising. Improve cardiovascular, strength, balance and play! For Nordic Walkers & regular walkers. An individual medical assessment may be required prior to start.
